1. Free Products (EAs, eBooks, Guides, Resources)

Since these products are free, they are not eligible for refunds or support obligations beyond what is voluntarily offered.
2. Paid Digital Products (EAs, Indicators, Strategies, eBooks, Courses)

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

This includes downloadable EAs, indicators, strategies, PDFs, and eBooks.

3. Mentorship & Coaching Services

Payments for mentorship or coaching are non-refundable once the first session has been scheduled.

Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
4. Subscriptions / Memberships

Subscription payments (if applicable) are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually).

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time.
