At WinaFinancials, we provide both free and paid resources including Expert Advisors (EAs), trading indicators, eBooks, courses, and mentorship. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Free Products (EAs, eBooks, Guides, Resources)

  • Free products are provided as-is with no guarantees of performance, profitability, or suitability.

  • Since these products are free, they are not eligible for refunds or support obligations beyond what is voluntarily offered.

2. Paid Digital Products (EAs, Indicators, Strategies, eBooks, Courses)

  • All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

  • This includes downloadable EAs, indicators, strategies, PDFs, and eBooks.

  • Refunds will only be considered if:

    • You are unable to access or download the product due to a technical issue on our side, and

    • Our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

 

3. Mentorship & Coaching Services

  • Payments for mentorship or coaching are non-refundable once the first session has been scheduled.

  • Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

4. Subscriptions / Memberships

  • Subscription payments (if applicable) are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually).

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

  • No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time.

5. Technical Issues

  • If you experience problems downloading or using a paid product, please contact us immediately.

  • Our support team will work to resolve the issue promptly.

  • If we cannot deliver the purchased product after all reasonable efforts, a refund may be issued.

 

6. Chargebacks

  • Filing a chargeback without contacting us first violates this policy.

  • We reserve the right to restrict future access to our products and services if a chargeback is filed improperly.

7. Changes to Policy

WinaFinancials may update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
